My art is intuitive and abstract in shape, color and composition. The pieces are a direct result of years of a more traditional approach to my art; it was a progression to get to this place. I am excited to continue evolving as an artist.

 

I was lucky enough to have the best art teacher and program in the 1970’s. Those years solidified my love of art and my goal was to go to art school. It became my reality with the help of this special art teacher.

 

Living on the South Shore of Massachusetts influences my work. Nature also feeds my soul; living near the ocean, the trees, the birds, the colors and the seasons all influence me to interpret what I see, feel and hear.
